The Catawba County United Way Board of Directors held a 2014 New Car Giveaway Celebration on Thursday, December 11th at Paramount Kia in Hickory. Benny Yount, CEO, Paramount Automotive, again this year, donated a new car as an incentive for Fair Share donors to the Catawba County United Way’s 2014-2015 annual fundraising campaign. The winner of the new car would get to choose between three cars – the VW Jetta, Hyundai Elantra or a Kia SX-Forte.
Cody Myers, an HSM Solutions employee, the 5th contestant, unlocked the door to the new Kia Forte. His family chose to drive away in the new Hyundai Elantra.
