We bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Doug at Paramount Ford and it was a very good experience. The price was fair, he was able to find the color/trim we needed, and the purchasing process was easy. Their financial guy was also great, they weren't pushy and didn't pull any fast ones! A great experience!
I specifically choose to do business with Doug due to his high customer satisfaction rating. I was not disappointed. He went over and above to explain the pros & cons regarding the vehicle in which I was interested. The dealership was an hour’s drive for me, but was worth it. All staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and organized reflecting on their professionalism. Finally, I can’t say enough about their missions statement…GR101 (Golden Rule 101). It isn’t just a quip or novel expression. It seems to be their way of doing business.
While waiting for an oil change we looked at cars to get a local high gas mileage vehicle. Doug showed us several models and their incentives and we selected the best value and most fun to drive sedan: Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Sale and delivery were simple and quick. Highly recommend both Doug and Paramount if you want an honest transaction and very good service. I will trade my 2019 F150 for a new one when ready at Paramount.
