Justin was a great salesman I never once felt pressured to buy or felt like I was stuck or being held hostage like I did at the dealership we went to before here. Justin made the experience amazing he was professional and kind the whole time and never once tried to screw us on our deal. The finance manager was also great everyone made us feel like a priority and not like we were a burden to be there.

After an altercation with a deer at midnight, my car was totaled, so my search began for a replacement. I messaged (after hours) 3 dealerships with whom I had had success in the past. First thing the next morning, I had a message from Justin Cantor at Paramount Hyundai/Ford in Valdese, NC, long before anyone else contacted me. I told him what I needed and wanted, and almost immediately, he sent information on 5 vehicles. I grabbed my husband, and we went to look. At this point, I was JUST planning to look! We met Justin and found him to be professional, informative, gentle, and respectful. I had picked out my top three choices, sat in and drive the first one, stepped out of the car, and never even looked at the others! Justin then introduced us to his team, all of whom were easy to follow and made me feel confident in my purchase. I left very pleased with my entire experience, and I have been recommending them ever since.

He went over and above to explain the pros & cons regarding the vehicle in which I was interested. The dealership was an hour’s drive for me, but was worth it. All staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and organized reflecting on their professionalism. Finally, I can’t say enough about their missions statement…GR101 (Golden Rule 101). It isn’t just a quip or novel expression. It seems to be their way of doing business.

While waiting for an oil change we looked at cars to get a local high gas mileage vehicle. Doug showed us several models and their incentives and we selected the best value and most fun to drive sedan: Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Sale and delivery were simple and quick. Highly recommend both Doug and Paramount if you want an honest transaction and very good service. I will trade my 2019 F150 for a new one when ready at Paramount.

I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle before arriving, didn’t find out until I drove 6 hrs to sign paperwork, manager also informed me that he could get me the best bank rate 🙄. It was at least 2 points higher than I was expecting. Finance guy had a attitude after I told him I declined any extra warranty, needless to say I wouldn’t buy anything from them again, although our salesperson Brandi was nice to deal with.

The scheduling and customer service department are very friendly and well trained. The salesmen and finance department make sure you get the best deal possible. They do great at answering questions and making sure that you can budget your purchase. I highly recommend Paramount Ford Hyundai.

Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to.
Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. They bait and switch fees on both the car purchase as well as the repairs. I beg of you not to go here so that you don't have to experience what I have. Wait times are horrible, you'll always pay more than what's quoted, and you'll wish you had gone somewhere else. Complained to the dealership last time and they called me and agreed that I had a bad experience and was bait and switched on the repair costs. He said he'd be following up with me in 2 days to see what he could do to adjust it and make it right. Never heard back and called 2-3 times and left messages to no avail. I will never purchase a vehicle here again and I encourage you not to go here for repairs/service either.

Well stocked dealership with very nice and well trained staff. Clean service department with well trained technicians. The scheduling and customer service department are very friendly and well trained. The salesmen and finance department make sure you get the best deal possible. They do great at answering questions and making sure that you can budget your purchase. I highly recommend Paramount Ford Hyundai.

Purchased a used vehicle online. Jordan M was very helpful with everything. It was delivered on Saturday 150 mi to my house. No surprises, the vehicle was as described and shown in the sales pictures. I would buy another one from them again
