Justin was a great salesman I never once felt pressured to buy or felt like I was stuck or being held hostage like I did at the dealership we went to before here. Justin made the experience amazing he was professional and kind the whole time and never once tried to screw us on our deal. The finance manager was also great everyone made us feel like a priority and not like we were a burden to be there.

After an altercation with a deer at midnight, my car was totaled, so my search began for a replacement. I messaged (after hours) 3 dealerships with whom I had had success in the past. First thing the next morning, I had a message from Justin Cantor at Paramount Hyundai/Ford in Valdese, NC, long before anyone else contacted me. I told him what I needed and wanted, and almost immediately, he sent information on 5 vehicles. I grabbed my husband, and we went to look. At this point, I was JUST planning to look! We met Justin and found him to be professional, informative, gentle, and respectful. I had picked out my top three choices, sat in and drive the first one, stepped out of the car, and never even looked at the others! Justin then introduced us to his team, all of whom were easy to follow and made me feel confident in my purchase. I left very pleased with my entire experience, and I have been recommending them ever since.

As I have driven by over the years, I am amazed at its growth and it continues today! Brent Buff was my salesman. From the first inquiry, he put me at ease with his pleasant personality and calm demeanor. Not once did I feel pressured or made to feel my questions were not important. He made sure before I left the dealership in my new vehicle that I was happy and knew I could contact him with any concerns in the future. I would highly recommend Brent. We were just looking around maybe thinking about trading but weren't sure. Doug came out and he was a great salesperson. He went the extra mile showing us different cars. Then when we decided on one he went the extra mile to get us what we wanted price wise. Not many people go that extra mile to accommodate a person. But we left with our new car and was happy with our transaction. Everyone we delt with was very nice and helpful. This was our second time trading with this company and would probably go again. While waiting for an oil change we looked at cars to get a local high gas mileage vehicle. Doug showed us several models and their incentives and we selected the best value and most fun to drive sedan: Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Sale and delivery were simple and quick. Highly recommend both Doug and Paramount if you want an honest transaction and very good service. I will trade my 2019 F150 for a new one when ready at Paramount.

I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle
I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle before arriving, didn’t find out until I drove 6 hrs to sign paperwork, manager also informed me that he could get me the best bank rate 🙄. It was at least 2 points higher than I was expecting. Finance guy had a attitude after I told him I declined any extra warranty, needless to say I wouldn’t buy anything from them again, although our salesperson Brandi was nice to deal with.

Truck Purchase - without the hassle!
Excellent purchase experience; Michael and the team at Paramount are top notch and made this purchase the most hassle free auto buying event I could have hoped for. I am not in the immediate area; no problem my truck was delivered (200 miles away!). The scheduling and customer service department are very friendly and well trained. The salesmen and finance department make sure you get the best deal possible. Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to.
Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. They bait and switch fees on both the car purchase as well as the repairs. I beg of you not to go here so that you don't have to experience what I have. Wait times are horrible, you'll always pay more than what's quoted, and you'll wish you had gone somewhere else. Complained to the dealership last time and they called me and agreed that I had a bad experience and was bait and switched on the repair costs. He said he'd be following up with me in 2 days to see what he could do to adjust it and make it right. Never heard back and called 2-3 times and left messages to no avail. I will never purchase a vehicle here again and I encourage you not to go here for repairs/service either.

Mark Robinson and Brent Buff were a dream team to work with on the purchase of my 2026 Hyundai Venue. They were very helpful in offering several options and in the final decision as an out of town buyer. Thanks to them, and Mr. Arrowood in the Paramount Finance Department, I was able to complete the purchase in about 4 hours! I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in making the deal happen.
